How do I place an order?
First time shopping with JUBAH UAI? We are happy to serve and make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Follow the simple steps below to place your order.
- Register as a member here.
- Now you are ready to shop! You can search for a specific product by using the search bar. If you’re looking for a range of products, you can browse by category by clicking SHOP in the menu. Our latest items are located under the NEW ARRIVALS category and you can filter your search by size and colour.
- Once you have found the product that you desire, select your size and click on the ADD TO CART.
- You can either click on the Continue Shopping or review the items in your cart by clicking on View Cart & Checkout.
- If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order. If you have a discount code you’d like to use, key it in the box provided before checking out.
How do I redeem a gift card or promotional code?
Enter the code in the provided box before checking out.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

What does "In Preparing" status mean?
Your order is being prepared for shipment, and you’ll receive a tracking email soon.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and a link.
I could not proceed with payment and my order status is Pending. How do I proceed?

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Is my payment secure?
